Recruiting Process

Our process includes:
  •  Interview hiring manager for clarification, if needed.
  • Research to locate logical talent pool.
  • Recruit, using referrals, database, or surgical methods.
  • Qualify candidates by initial telephone interviews against the necessary
    job criteria.
  • Arrange and coordinate interview schedule.
  • Prepare and counsel nominees for interviews by spelling out company
    needs, culture, organizational fit, personalities involved etc.

Debrief to Company
Besides resume there are 3 preliminary criteria that we inform you of prior to
your initial phone screen with the candidate:
  • Salary when applicable or conditions allow, along with past or future
    expectations.
  • Career motivation and why they are in the job market.
  • Candidate's feelings on qualifications or location, unless client specifies
    confidentiality.

Candidate Closure  
  • Debrief candidates after each interview answering any questions.
  • Debrief client hiring authority after each interview assessing strengths and
    weaknesses of candidate.
  • Provide client company with candidate reference (numbers or checks),
    verify candidates credentials, performance, and character with former
    supervisors and/or colleagues.
  • Coordinate with hiring authority on possible offers to be made and set the
    stage for acceptance.
  • Reconcile any differences with  successful candidate to smooth the way
    for offer acceptance.
  • Assist successful candidate in cleanly terminating current position.
  • Follow up after placement to assure new employee integration.
